Our tutors use a lively and interactive training technology, fast-paced and actively involving the participants. We believe in maximum participation, thus all courses follow a standard 30% presentation and 70% workshop.
All sessions will involve learning games and Audio Video presentation designed to reinforce the learning and skills towards the day to day working life.
Training proper will follow a 3-step methodology |

Pre-training aptitude test (written & oral) will be given to the participant; syllabus and study materials will be based on these results (1hr)

Training proper ¨C 30% presentation and 70% workshop based |

Assessment Examination and post-training follow-up (1 - 2hrs)

Our unique Testing System supervised by our Language Counselors will show the level of competence of your workforce by a written and speaking test. This will further help you assign them to levels best suited to their competence level.
Upon completion of any program, a follow-up with participants will be carried out after a 2 - 3 weeks interval. This follow-up is free of charge; the organization pays for accommodation and transportation if applicable (for out-station Tutors)
This follow-up session will be for 2.5 - 3 hours duration. Here each participant will meet up with the trainer to discuss application of techniques and skills learned during training, issues and challenges encountered.

Upon completion of course the tutor provides a report on participantsĄŻ evaluation during course, suggestions and recommendations of future implementations that can be carried out for your organization.
At any time during the commencement of the program, should your organization feel the necessity to change the tutor in charge for any reason, we will do so with no extra charge and ensure continuity of program.
All programs have 100% reimbursement under the SBL Scheme of HRDC Fund.
